Set on 2600m2 and flanked by a stream, Emma's garden blends wilding natives, veggie gardens, fruit trees, edible weeds and ornamental flowers. Ripe tomatoes come from a greenhouse built with reclaimed school joinery; rose petals and citrus peel are dried for teas, fruit is preserved and fermented, and weeds become salads and pesto. There's always an extra chair to share kai and conversation. Potted plants, hot drinks and treats available.
