Sam and Jenaya welcome you to Pouakai Farm, their 2 acre property once used for maize cropping and now a thriving sustainable food system. They grow diverse food across the garden, greenhouse and orchard to eat off the land year-round. A lavender hedge brings in the bees and frames the lawn, while weeds are suppressed by organic poly-mulch. A recycled-materials greenhouse uses automated ventilation and watering.
